Customizing your VR experience comes in different ways. If you plan on working with us to create a custom experience, branding automatically becomes a part of your package. From the voiceover down to the graphics and the user experience. If you run a shorter timeline or are on a smaller budget, we can help brand the area surrounding your event location, including around the televisions for the Room Scale VR experience or the headset itself for the 360 VR experience in the form of vinyl graphics. No matter what you desire, our VR experts will work with you to decide what makes the most sense for your event.
According to Sample Description 360 VR, the 360 VR experience offers your guests a relaxed, seated VR experience. While wearing a VR headset, guests experience real-world video of actual locations from around the world, whether a trip to the bottom of the ocean or climbing Mount Everest. In addition to our real-world experiences, we offer access to 360 games and puzzles. Our room Scale VR offers a much more immersive VR experience than its counterpart 360 VR. In room-scale VR, guests are not only standing, but they have the ability to move around in an 8-foot by 8-foot space while interacting with virtual objects. Depending on your event and its location, we can help you decide which VR experience best suits your event.
No, the majority of VR experiences do not require Wi-Fi. We will inform you if the one you selected does.
There are a different methods by which your company can generate leads using VR. The easiest method is by using the VR experience as a reward for your guests to come to your booth in the exhibit hall. The VR experience serves as a magnet, drawing guests to your booth. Other ways include allowing your guests to try the VR experience but only after a sales conversation. This way you frontload the setup so that you scan guests’ badges before they can try the VR experience out. Another method involves setting up appointments to talk with your salespeople and then rewarding guests in the form of VIP access to the VR experience.
Your company’s specific preference plays a great role in handling your lines and logistics. Creating lines to generate attention and buzz is one option. This way, your company can show guests that your organization is fun and interesting to work with. Developing a more premium experience by requiring guests to take a schedule to experience the VR is also another option. We are capable of setting it up to where they receive a text reminder when their appointed time draws near. Or, you can forego preferential treatment altogether and take a first-come-first-serve approach using a standard reservation system. You can even require guests to sign up for a pass ahead of time when signing up for the event or conference. What is important to remember is that, this is your event, and you have various options when it comes to controlling access to the VR experience and maximizing value for your company.

Moreso, when children of age 13 or younger use VR, adults are advised to limit and watch their usage time and ensure they take breaks on intervals.

A comfortable VR experience requires an unimpaired sense of motion and balance. It is not advised to use the headset when you are tired, sleepy, under the influence of drugs, have digestive problems, under emotional stress or anxiety, when suffering from cold, flu, headaches, migraines, or earaches, as this can make you prone to adverse symptoms. We usually recommend seeing a doctor before using the headset if you are pregnant, elderly, have pre-existing binocular vision abnormalities or psychiatric disorders, or suffer from a heart condition or other serious medical condition.
